Company Registration: Golomori MICE is a registered brand under PT. Juara Destinasi Indonesia, a fully incorporated Indonesian Perseroan Terbatas (PT) company.
Tourism Business License (TDUP): We hold a valid Tanda Daftar Usaha Pariwisata (TDUP), the official business license for tourism operators issued by the Indonesian government, which certifies our legal right to operate as a tour and event management company.
Taxpayer Identification (NPWP): We are a registered corporate taxpayer with a Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP), ensuring full compliance with all national and regional tax regulations.

This confirms the vessel is seaworthy and the crew is certified.
Onboard Safety Equipment: We physically audit our partner vessels to ensure they are equipped with modern safety equipment that exceeds local requirements, including GPS navigation, AIS transponders, VHF and satellite phones, SOLAS-grade life rafts, sufficient life jackets, and fire suppression systems.
Crew Competency: All boat captains and key crew members hold relevant Indonesian maritime certifications (e.g., Ahli Nautika Tingkat, or ANKAPIN) and are experienced in navigating the specific conditions of the Komodo archipelago.

Land & Air Transportation

Vehicle Fleet Standards: Our land transport partners must provide proof of regular vehicle maintenance, valid roadworthiness certificates (KIR), and comprehensive commercial insurance. All vehicles used for our groups are equipped with GPS tracking.
Driver Vetting: All drivers hold the appropriate professional driver’s license (SIM) and undergo our internal training on defensive driving and customer service.
Aviation Compliance: We work exclusively with IATA-accredited travel agents and directly with airlines like Garuda Indonesia to ensure all ticketing and group travel arrangements are fully compliant. For private charters, we manage all necessary permits and clearances with the Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara (DGCA) and AirNav Indonesia.
