He returned to his native Indonesia with a mission to develop Eastern Indonesia into a premier global MICE destination. He maintains strong relationships with key government bodies, including Kemenparekraf and the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM).

Director of Operations & Community Relations

Bio: Born and raised in Flores, Dewi is the heart of our on-the-ground operations. Her deep, intrinsic understanding of the local culture, landscape, and community is an invaluable asset. Dewi manages our entire network of local partners, from Phinisi captains to cultural performers, ensuring they meet our exacting standards. She is certified by Indonesia’s National Professional Certification Body (BNSP) for MICE operations, a testament to her technical expertise. Dewi leads our community outreach programs, ensuring our operations create tangible, positive impacts for the people of West Manggarai.
